Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 7, 2026
Momentus Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Hussein Farhat (“we,” “us,” or “our”), runs this website. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, and what choices you have.
We provide 1-on-1 mentorship for fitness creators, covering content, monetization and brand deals. This site is a video and an application form. Nothing is sold here and we take no payments here.
1. What the application form collects
The form asks for:
- your first name
- your email address
- your phone number
- your Instagram handle (optional)
- your answers to qualification questions — what you do in fitness, roughly how large your audience is, whether you currently sell anything, what is blocking you, and how soon you want to start
We use your answers for one purpose: to review your application and contact you about the mentorship. If it looks like a fit, someone from our team will get in touch to schedule a call.
We do not ask what you earn, and you should not send us financial information.
2. What we collect automatically
When you visit, we and the services in Section 4 collect ordinary technical information: IP address, browser and device type, which pages you open, how much of the video you watch, and the advertising information in the link that brought you here (such as a Facebook click identifier and campaign IDs).
3. Phone calls and text messages
By giving us your phone number on the application form, you agree that we may contact you by phone call and by text message at that number about your application and the mentorship, including by automated dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything — nothing is for sale on this site.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To stop texts, reply STOP to any message from us. For help, reply HELP or email support@husseinfht.com. To stop calls, say so on the call or email the same address. To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
We never sell, rent or trade your phone number, and we never share your phone number or your text-messaging consent with anyone else for their own marketing.
4. Advertising and analytics services
Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We run the Meta Pixel in your browser and the Meta Conversions API from our server. Both send Meta what you did here: that you opened the page, how far you scrolled and watched, and that you started or submitted the application form. Two specifics worth stating plainly:
- The same events are sent twice — once from your browser by the Pixel and once from our server by the Conversions API. That is deliberate. Each event carries a shared identifier so Meta matches the pair and counts it once.
- When you submit the form, our server sends Meta your email address and phone number as SHA-256 hashes, never in plain text. Hashing is one-way: Meta compares the hash against accounts it already has, and cannot read your email or phone number back out of it.
Meta uses this for ad measurement and to build advertising audiences, including audiences of people similar to our applicants. Meta’s use of it is governed by Meta’s Data Policy.
Google Analytics 4. We use GA4 to see how many people arrive, where from, and where they leave. Google’s use is governed by its privacy policy. You can opt out across all sites with Google’s browser add-on.
Vidalytics. Our video player is hosted by Vidalytics, which records video analytics — whether you pressed play, how much you watched, and where you stopped. Where the Vidalytics player is not in use, the page falls back to a YouTube player that loads only after you click to play; from that click onward YouTube’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
Typeform. The application form is built and hosted by Typeform. Your answers go to Typeform first and reach us from there.
Vercel hosts this website.
Each of these is a separate company that handles your information under its own privacy policy.
5. Cookies
- _fbp — set by Meta. Identifies your browser so Meta can attribute conversions to its ads.
- _fbc — set by Meta, or written by us from the click identifier in the ad link. Records which ad click brought you here.
- _ga and _ga_<id> — set by Google Analytics. Distinguish visitors and sessions.
- hf_lead_id — set by us and kept for 90 days. A random identifier that ties your application to the visit it came from. It says nothing about you.
Typeform and our video host may also set cookies of their own when those embeds load.
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works; our measurement simply becomes less accurate.
6. Who we share information with
The service providers named in Section 4, and only so they can do that job for us. We also disclose information to our professional advisers, where the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, and to a buyer if the business is sold.
7. Do not sell or share my personal information
We do not sell your personal information for money, and have not done so in the past 12 months.
Under California law, sending identifiers to Meta for ad measurement and audience building can count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. Section 4 is that disclosure. You can turn it off:
What the button does. It sets a cookie named hf_optout on this site and asks your browser to keep it for a year. While it is set, we do not load the Meta Pixel, we do not load Google Analytics, and we do not send anything about you to Meta from our server — including when you submit the application form. Your application still reaches us in full; it simply arrives with no advertising identifiers attached. The video player still loads, because it is part of the page rather than an advertising tool.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as an opt-out on its own. You do not need to press anything, and the page will tell you it has detected the signal.
This applies to this browser only. The setting lives in a cookie, so it does not follow you to another browser, another device, or a private window, and clearing your cookies clears it. Some browsers also cap how long a cookie set this way survives, so it can lapse before the year is up — press the button again if it does. For anything broader — to opt out everywhere, or to make any of the requests in Section 8 — email support@husseinfht.com and we will handle it directly.
8. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident you have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose
- receive a copy of it
- correct it
- ask us to delete it
- opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising
- not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights
To make a request, email support@husseinfht.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We will confirm your identity by asking you to verify details you already gave us, and we will respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may make a request for you with proof that you authorized them.
We do not collect sensitive personal information as California defines it, and we do not use personal information to infer characteristics about you.
9. Keeping and protecting your information
We keep application information for as long as we need it to consider your application and stay in contact, and afterwards for as long as our records and legal obligations require. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Not for anyone under 18
This site and the mentorship are for adults. The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not submit the application form. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 18, we delete it — tell us at support@husseinfht.com.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top always shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
