Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Momentus Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Hussein Farhat (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or submitting an application, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What this site is

This site is a video and an application form for our 1-on-1 mentorship for fitness creators, covering content, monetization and brand deals. Nothing is sold on this site and we take no payments through it.

2. Applying is not enrollment

Submitting the application form does not enroll you in the mentorship, reserve a place, or create any obligation on either side. It is a request to be considered.

We review applications and decide who we accept, at our sole discretion, for any reason or none. We are not required to accept you, to contact you, or to explain a decision. If we do accept you, the terms of the mentorship itself — what is included, what it costs, and how it can be cancelled — will be set out in a separate written agreement at that time. Those terms govern the mentorship; these terms govern this website.

3. You must be 18

You may use this site and apply only if you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Do not submit the form on someone else’s behalf without their permission, and do not misrepresent who you are.

4. No earnings, income or results guarantee

We do not guarantee any income, earnings, revenue, audience growth, brand deal, sponsorship, client, placement or business outcome of any kind.

Any result described anywhere — on this site, in the video, in a testimonial, on social media, or by anyone speaking for us — is an individual outcome and is not typical. It is not a promise, a projection, or an average of what participants achieve.

What happens for you depends on your own work, consistency, skill, audience, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. This applies equally to any amount you pay us and to any amount financed through a third-party payment or financing provider. No fee buys a guaranteed outcome.

5. The mentorship is education and advice

We provide education, coaching and advice. We are not your lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, financial adviser or manager, and nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax, medical or investment advice. You make your own decisions and you are responsible for them, including for reviewing any contract you sign with anyone else.

6. Brands and sponsors — what we are not

We may from time to time introduce members to brands, sponsors, agencies or other businesses. Those introductions are informal and made at our discretion.

We are not a talent agency, an agent, a manager, an employer, an employer of record, a staffing firm, a recruiter, or a placement or employment service. We do not place, hire, recruit, screen, vet or represent anyone, and we do not negotiate on your behalf. We make no promise that any introduction, brand deal, sponsorship, client or income will result, and we are not responsible for any arrangement you enter into with a brand, sponsor or any other party you meet through us. Those arrangements are entirely between you and them.

7. Contact by phone and text

When you give us your phone number on the application form, you agree we may call and text you at that number about your application and the mentorship. Stop texts by replying STOP, and see our Privacy Policy for the rest of the detail and the other opt-outs.

Everything on this site — the video, text, graphics, logos, images and any materials we provide during the mentorship — belongs to us or is licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, record, distribute, republish, resell or make derivative works from it without our written permission. Nothing here transfers any of our rights to you.

10. Third-party services

This site relies on services other companies run — Typeform for the application form, Vidalytics or YouTube for the video, Meta and Google for measurement, and Vercel for hosting — and it may link to other sites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

11. No warranties

This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost opportunity or lost data, arising out of or relating to this website or these terms, whether the claim is in contract, tort or anything else, and even if we were told such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to this website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Momentus Group, LLC and its members, officers, employees and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of this site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or of anyone else’s rights.

14. Governing law and where disputes are heard

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this website or these terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you agree to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. The effective date at the top always shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
